Shipping Policy

Pieces will be shipped within 3 working days of photographic signoff by client unless otherwise notified by me that there is a delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with a piece or it arrives broken I will replace it free of charge, as long as you notify me within 7 days of delivery, as noted by Bobgo, which is the preferred courier aggregator. All unwanted or broken pieces must be boxed up for collection by my preferred courier and sent back to me. I will pay for and organise the return courier.
